Business account
When you are using a business account the method of blocking someone on PayPal depends on whether you are receiving money on your requesting money. Will go to each one of them one by one.
While receiving money
If you are using the PayPal business account, and you are trying to receive money from someone then it is an option to block the payment from that particular sender. You can limit payments from a specific sender. You can also add instructions to the sender and there are also few other options.
- Step 1. Log in to your PayPal account using your credentials.
- Step 2. Go to the setting’s menu. The setting menu you will see the setting tools. Click upon that option.
- Step 3 On the setting tools option you will see Getting paid and managing my risk, click on the update under this option for block payments.
- Step 4 Once you click block payments the person you are trying to remove will get blocked. You will no longer receive any payment notification from that person.
OTHER FEATURES
On the same page you can also change the settings for the currency you want to receive. The option “Allow payment sent to me in a currency I do not hold” is where you have to click.
There is also an option for “Block accidental payments” which can be used to block payment when there are duplicate invoice IDs.
When you are requesting money
There is a tool in the menu option called request from where you can request payments from anyone. From here you have the option to add 20 email addresses even if they are registered or not registered in PayPal.
If you own a website you can block the user from sending the money by removing the PayPal widgets to stop payments from the other customers.
There is another option known as Manage Subscription Option. This option helps you to control the subscription plans. The subscription option have a list of subscription, and you will be able to manage them efficiently.

It does not matter if you are using Android or iPhone, you cannot block any specific user from sending or receiving the amount in PayPal.

PayPal has not given any solutions to block someone who is trying to send you money. There are few alternative solutions to this which you can try like changing the PayPal email address, or you can also contact the customer support of PayPal.
How to block someone who is requesting you money on PayPal?
You cannot block a specific user from requesting your money.
